Article 1 - Conditions of participation in this contest
Anyone over the age of 18 can apply for the contest.
Please note that some entries in this contest may require an entry fee. Each contest has different entry fees and amounts, so please check when applying.

Article 2 - How to apply for this contest, etc.
* Applicants for this contest should upload their work using the application form and enter the necessary information to apply.
* Once submitted, the work submitted to this contest (hereinafter referred to as the "Entry Work") cannot be canceled or changed.

Article 3 - Entries and compliance matters for this contest
Entrants may enter this contest as many times as they like.
Please note that submitted works must comply with the following.
If the applicant violates the compliance rules, or if the company determines that there is a risk of violation, all works submitted by the applicant will be excluded from the selection process.
・The photo must have the rights to the applicant
・The applicant is the photographer and owns the copyright.
・Or the applicant owns the copyright.
・The submitted work itself and the photography of the same work must not infringe on the rights of any third party.

Article 4 - Ownership of submitted works
*The copyright of the submitted work shall belong to the applicant.
* Applicants agree in advance that works submitted by the end of this contest application period may be posted on this website and our SNS at our discretion.
*Notwithstanding the preceding paragraph, for the submitted works that have won or been selected for this contest, the Company may copy or modify the submitted works such as trimming for the implementation and operation of this contest, and the period of use and usage may be limited at the discretion of the Company. I agree in advance to use the information in any media without restriction.

Article 5 - Intellectual property rights of submitted works
* If the submitted work contains any rights held by a third party (including, but not limited to, trademark rights, design rights, and copyrights; the same shall apply hereinafter), applicants must obtain permission from the legitimate rights holder. You hereby represent and warrant to us that you have applied for this contest after completing all rights, including:
* If the entrant violates the representations and warranties set forth in the preceding paragraph and receives an injunction from a third party to use the submitted work, an objection, a claim, any claim, or a court claim, the entrant shall be liable to the Company and the third party for any damages incurred. I agree to be obligated to compensate for any damages incurred.

Article 6 - Invalidation of Entries
If the Company determines that the submitted work falls under any of the following, all the submitted works submitted by the applicant will be treated as invalid.
* Contents that our company deems to be contrary to, or likely to violate, public order and morals, laws, etc.
* Items that our company determines to infringe or are likely to infringe on the rights of third parties
* Items that transmit or may transmit computer programs, etc. that are harmful or may have harmful results.
* Contents that our company judges to discriminate against or promote discrimination against a specific race, religion, or politics.
* Contents that our company judges to be likely to instigate or incite a crime.
* Photographs of children's nude bodies
* Dead bodies, filth, and other items that our company deems to cause or are likely to cause discomfort to third parties.
* Items that our company determines will cause loss or damage to our company, the services we provide, or credibility.
* Items that our company deems inappropriate.

 

Article 7 - Prizes
* Winners will be contacted by the applicant's email address, and if the applicant discloses the recipient's address, the prize will be shipped to that address.
* The right to receive the prize belongs only to the winner, and the right to receive the prize cannot be transferred to a third party.
*Prizes to winners will be paid by bank transfer.

Article 8 - Suspension of this contest, etc.
* The Company may suspend, suspend, postpone, or cancel this Contest without prior notice to applicants at the Company's discretion and judgment, including due to maintenance, inspection, failure, etc. of the Company's system.
* In the case of the preceding paragraph, the Company will not be responsible for compensating for damages suffered by the applicant.

    2. We will use your contact information, name, account information, etc. in order to contact you regarding awards, selections, publication of submitted works, etc.
    3. Contact information and names will be used to send surveys and project announcements in order to improve services and plan new contests.

Article 10 - Disclaimer
* Applicants agree in advance to exempt the Company from any obligations stipulated in the following items.
    * Obligation to modify, change, or add to equipment, systems, or software owned or managed by the Company in order to ensure compatibility with the communication equipment or software required for applicants to apply for this contest.    
    * Obligation to compensate applicants for damages related to accidents during uploading of submitted works and damage/loss of all or part of data.    
    * Obligation to guarantee the commercial value and usefulness of the submitted work as expected by the applicant
* Regardless of the cause or reason, the applicant shall not indemnify the Company for any disputes, etc. that arise between the applicant and a third party based on or related to this contest or the submitted work. Any issues shall be resolved at the applicant's responsibility and expense.

Article 11-separability

Even if any provision or part of this Agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable by law, the other provisions of this Agreement shall remain in effect.

Article 12-Changes to these Terms

Our company may change these Terms without prior notice to applicants. The revised Terms of Use will be effective at the time they are posted on the application site for this contest.

Article 13-Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Japanese law, and the Tokyo District Court shall be the exclusive court with first instance jurisdiction for any lawsuit based on these Terms.
